| 8 Aug 2009 | MT Starkey | Loading...Okay, so you got a demon guy (or maybe a satyr when you take the tree-like background into consideration) with a snake in his ear, a ballerina balancing on his nose and what looks like a winged wrestling boot (if you don’t know who Batista is you should take a look at him, he has boots like that). ...I have no idea. What I do know is that you have a great pic here. The face is well lit and the ballerina has a cool aura. Yoni Danziger replies: "Hey MT! Hope you’re doing well mate… I had a blast!
While being away in Italy I think I figured out the dream’s true meaning. The whole scene is in fact a divine Massage from PoD (GoD), and it tells the whole story of what really happened in the Garden of Eden. The divine Sin is apparently Adams and not Eves as we’re taught to believe…
The background stand for the tree of knowledge. The snake that comes out from Adam’s brain is indeed stands for canniest and temptations. Eve is the tiny dancer and Adam is tempted to peek under her skirt (well after all who could blame him eh? ), apparently God did, so he sent Archangel Gabriel down from the heavens in the form of a giant Gothic boot to smite the sinners down! The horns stand for the sin of course.
If I wasn’t a none believer I’d probably spread the true story all over the world *and probably be stoned to death in the process as a true devil* Hehe "
| 10 Aug 2009 | Sky van Niekerk | Loading...Well this does look weird...quite some contrasts with this boot, ballerina and man face... I really, REALLY like those tribal wings btw well done! Yoni Danziger replies: "Sky!!! I’ve waited and waited and you never came!?! I even climbed to the top of the Vesuvio Mountain and stared aimlessly at the beautiful sky, waiting for the arrival of the true captain in the form of a plain… but you never came… where were you Sky???
Hey lovely Sky thank you for your comment, I’m glad that you loved the tribal wings, that was my first try ever to create such a complex tribal (I’m not really skilled with tribals, even though I love to draw them very much), and as soon as I finish commenting back to all the lonely comments in my gallery from the past week (There’re quite a lot surprisingly) I’ll swing by your gallery to check out your final Drow "

You never know with PoD and I hope you have learned your lesson. Well.... for now at least Also there is so many different textures and delicious details into this piece. The hair of adam, the black wings around the boot, Adam’s face, the little tiny ballerina. Great work! BTW... I’ve got a new one up and about, but it’s in the Other Works gallery, which is why you won’t get any automatic update notice. Yoni Danziger replies: "Shame on you for not noticing this piece Louise!
